1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Verafyde AI platform (“Service”), operated by Hynds AI (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Verafyde AI is a role-adaptive AI advisory platform that provides high-confidence answers with inline citations, confidence scoring, and multi-perspective analysis. The Service includes AI-generated content, document processing, project collaboration, and team management features.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Create an account with accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your login credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to your account
• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

4.1 Plans

We offer Individual, Team, and Enterprise subscription plans. Plan features and pricing are described on our Pricing page and may be updated from time to time.

4.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Manage Billing section in Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial months.

4.4 Enterprise

Enterprise plans are subject to separate agreements. Contact [email protected] for Enterprise pricing and terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models or algorithms
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service beyond normal usage
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties
• Upload malicious files, viruses, or harmful content
• Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or access controls
• Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on third-party rights

6. AI-Generated Content

6.1 Nature of Content

The Service provides AI-generated advisory content with confidence scoring and citations. While we strive for accuracy and provide confidence indicators, AI-generated content is not a substitute for professional advice (legal, financial, medical, or otherwise).

6.2 No Guarantee of Accuracy

Despite confidence scoring and citation features, AI responses may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. You are responsible for verifying any critical information before acting on it.

6.3 Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you input into the Service (queries, documents, project data). AI-generated responses are provided to you for your use under your subscription. We do not claim ownership of outputs generated for you.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, branding, and documentation, is owned by Hynds AI and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described therein.

9. Team & Collaboration

If you use team features, you are responsible for managing access to shared projects and documents. Team administrators are responsible for inviting appropriate members and managing permissions. Hynds AI is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from misconfigured team settings.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hynds AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
